Seminar: Towards an Effect-ive Theory of Organizational Effectiveness

How is the notion of Organizational Effectiveness constructed?
Is our conventional notion of effectiveness still valid in a world that is increasingly interconnected, and therefore, interdependent?
How can this clichéd construct be reconceived to provide a new insight into the nature of organizations, and the effects they bring about in the context of a ubiquitously connected and pervasively proximate society?

Join me for an exploration of these questions in an open seminar that reviews my current work-in-progress – part of my quest to find The Organization of the Future.

Today, Monday, March 20
12:00 – 14:00
Room 7-216
Ontario Institute for Studies in Education
252 Bloor Street West
Toronto

Update: Thanks to all those who attended, and especially for the spirited conversation that followed the formal seminar. Here are the seminar notes, with references.
